There will be a pitch inspection at Prenton Park at 9:15am on Saturday morning to see if the League One game between Tranmere Rovers and Doncaster Rovers will go ahead.
If you’ve been out in Prenton in the last 24 hours or so, chances are you’ll have got soaked and the wet weather is due to stick around overnight, casting doubt on tomorrow’s fixture.
The last time a game was postponed at Prenton Park due to a waterlogged pitch was at the end of April this year when our game against Bury (remember them???) had to be rearranged towards the end of last season.
If you are making a long journey to get to the game, please keep an eye on the club’s social media and website for updates.
