Young winger Elliot Rokka joined Tranmere on a free transfer in the summer of 2017 having impressed during a trial. Rokka had most recently played for Radcliffe Borough where he had swept the board in the end-of-season awards the previous campaign.
A former Manchester United academy player, Rokka spent a year playing in Portugal and was also on Macclesfield Town’s books prior to joining Radcliffe. Manager Micky Mellon likened Rokka’s style to that of fellow winger Ben Tollitt, declaring he had the potential to get supporters off their seats.
