As we look forward to tomorrow’s huge match against Tottenham, the national media have been swarming around Solar Campus and Prenton Park.
The arrival of world class opposition for a Friday night FA Cup tie is a mouth-watering prospect, and national media outlets are swallowing up the good old romance of the FA Cup.
We’ve got more than a few column inches in print and digitally in the last few days, something that will continue for the next 24 hours at least.
So, Rovers fans, enjoy it, soak it up. After so many years of hurt, a magnificent 2018 has now led in to a 2019 that is a nod back to days gone by. And the wider footballing world is again interested in our great club…even if it is for five minutes.
